Digiworld IT Solution Refund Policy

General Refraction Policy 
In Digiworld IT solution, we are committed to providing high quality repair services for home appliances. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, we provide refunds under specific circumstances. Please review the guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Refund
Service Quality Issues: If the repair does not solve the service problem, or if the equipment continues to malfunction after our service, you may be eligible for refunds.
Wrong Service: If wrong repair or service was done, or if we have not described the issue, a return may apply.
Damaged Equipment: If the device is damaged during the repair process, we will offer full refunds or repair without any additional cost.

2. Non-witnessed services 
Customer-related damage: If the equipment was damaged by the customer after service or if the mistake was not completely disclosed before the repair.
Third-party repair: If the device has been repaired by anyone other than Digiworld IT solution after our service, we cannot offer a refund.

3. How to Request an Refund 
To start a refund, follow these steps:
Contact us: If you are dissatisfied then reach us within 7 days of service. Please email us on aliyangroup99@gmail.com or call +91-8368662765.
Provide details: Share your service details including tool type, number details, and any subsidiary documentation (photo, challan & Bill).
Inspection: We can arrange a re -inspection of the equipment in your place to evaluate the issue.

4. Refraction process
 -If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 3-5 business days . Refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or other payment mode).
Service Charge: In cases of partial dissatisfaction, we can offer partial refunds or re -service without any additional fee.

5. Refund Exception 
– Refund will not be issued for issues caused by improper use or failure in following equipment care instructions after service.
– If the problem was identified as a user error or if the parts were purchased from a third party, we would not offer a refund.

6. Cancel and Refund for Incomplete Work
– If the service is canceled before the completion, a partial refund can be issued based on the work done to that point.
– For scheduled services canceled by the customer after confirmation, a ** cancellation fee ** may be applied.
